It’s exciting to see how Dial Corporation has incorporated “The Energy Bus” message and principles into its culture. Here’s a partial image from a company poster Dial created to share with its staff. Tracy VanBibber, Sr. Vice President Sales, is pictured behind the wheel.

    Tracy has always been the positive thinker and would help me focus on what needs to happen, versus what will go wrong.
    Too often I would look at the negatives of a situation. I think it can be effective to have a devil’s advocate in the room, but that force can lead a room of people into the negative funk. Conversly, Tracy’s force will take a room full of negative thinkers and twist them all into thinking of what needs to happen.
    I haven’t read the book yet, but I will.
