SOUP: A Recipe to Nourish Your Team and Culture

Whenever I have a new book come out my publisher hires a publicist and spends a bunch of money to promote the book to the media. The hope is that the media will like the book and promote it to their audience.

However, with my new book SOUP we had an idea to do something different. Instead of spending money on publicity we decided to give books to those who make a donation to charity.

We figured instead of hoping for publicity we would give hope to those who need it and make a true difference.

So here’s the deal:
