Before the start of the 2008 school year the Superintendent and Principals read The Energy Bus. With a goal to create school environments where teachers and students perform at their highest potential the Principals shared the book with their teachers and invited Jon Gordon to speak at their kick-off to the new school year.
During his presentation Jon shared principles, strategies and best practices to fuel your schools, teachers and students with positive energy. He also introduced the teachers and staff to The No Complaining Rule, a simple but effective way to overcome the negativity that too often sabotages a school’s morale, mission and success.
The result was hundreds of educators equipped with principles and strategies to collectively create a positive and energized school culture and a lasting impact on the lives of their students.
