This Man Will Inspire You
What would you say if you were giving the last speech of your life? What would you want to share with people? What lessons would you want your children to remember? To us this might be a hypothetical exercise but to Randy Pausch, a Carnegie Mellon University computer-science professor, this was the real deal.
The 46-year-old father of three has pancreatic cancer and with only a few months to live, he gave the last lecture of his life to 400 students and inspired millions in the process. He did push ups and talked about having fun even while he is dying and talked about the purpose of brick walls in our life.
Jeff Zaslow wrote about him in a Wall Street Journal article last week. The article and video of Randy Pausch has been circulating around the internet reaching millions and changing minds, hearts and actions in the process.
It inspired me so much I wanted to share the article and video with you. Randy Pausch embodies the positive energy I write about.
